Select KGK Jewelry diamonds weighing 0.30 carats or more may include a GIA / any other lab grading report, providing detailed information about the diamond's characteristics. You will receive the official certification with your purchase of certified diamonds.

3What is KGK doing to protect the environment?

KGK is dedicated to environmental sustainability. We craft our natural diamond gold jewelry in a state-of-the-art facility that utilizes majority green energy, reducing our Scope drastically. Additionally, we practice rainwater harvesting, saving few million liters of fresh water annually.

4What is the best way to take care of my KGK diamond jewelry?

While diamonds are durable, proper care is essential. Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or jewelry box in a cool, dry, and secure location. Insure your pieces against loss or theft. Protect your jewelry from harsh chemicals found in perfumes, sunscreens, and cleaning products. When handling rings, hold them by the band to prevent damage and oil buildup.

Yes, we ship internationally to many countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, South Africa, the EU, Singapore and Japan. Please contact us to confirm shipping availability to your location

11How much is the shipping charge?

12I live outside Botswana but I want to have the order delivered in Botswana. Is it possible?

Yes, we can arrange delivery within Botswana via secured couriers at an additional cost. Simply inform a KGK representative of your preferred delivery location.

13Is my international order covered by insurance?

Yes, all international shipments are fully insured and handled by reputable couriers such as FedEx, DHL, Ferrari Logistics, and Brinks Global, etc.

14Do I have to pay any additional custom duty charges for my order?

Yes, all customs duties & local taxes for export orders are payable by the customer at the port of entry/ local customs based on the local law.

15How can I return/exchange an item shipped internationally?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

16Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped from Botswana.
